Alexa has started making decorations for Holy Week. We found this wooden cross at Hobby Lobby and she wanted to use her watercolor paints to decorate it.
Still having moments of grief over losing Smokey. This week we received a beautiful sympathy card from the vet. In the card was a packet of seeds for Forget Me Nots.

Each month Catholic Mothers Online puts together a printable of family activities for the month. The April printable just came out and it's full of great ideas. I'm looking forward to planting a backyard garden. I think a memorial garden for our kitty would be perfect.
Look who's moved into the neighborhood. Two wild turkeys have decided that our front yard is a nice place to play. Jim's not thrilled!!!
