Our Halloween

We had a very fun day today. For our family today did not only mean tricks or treats, it also meant celebrating our favorite baseball team - the San Francisco Giants. Jim & Jacob went to the Giants World Series Celebration Parade and had the best time. Alexa and I stayed back and had our own fun.Jim & I felt she is just still to young for that big of a crowd. She also had a Halloween parade at her daycare that we didn't want her to miss. Enjoy the photos from our day.

Jim took a picture of the one of the floats before the parade began.

Jacob made this collage on his phone and texted it to me. I'm looking forward to seeing all the photos close up. Jacob went to his friend house right after the parade so I still haven't seen him this evening. It's funny how different it is having a teenager.

Alexa had fun at the parade for her daycare. Her daycare has each class make their own costumes so all the kids are the same thing. The babies were bumble bee's, the toddlers (Alexa's class) were monkey's, the three yr olds were bats and pumpkins and the younger preschoolers were pirates and the older preschoolers were dragon's and princesses. They were all so adorable.

We ended the evening taking Alexa out for a little trick or treating. We just visited about 5 houses.  She still has not totally gotten the hang of it but she has discovered that she loves skittles and candy bars. This year she was Abby Cadabby from Sesame Street.

I hope all of you had a wonderful Halloween also.

Until next time,
Karri
